I’m using and enjoying a lot my little desktop companion. However, I have started to experience an issue with the ethernet port. Although the port is connected and has network activity with lights, its connection “status” is not passed to the connected laptop.
I have tried connecting the Vobot usb-c cable to the computer into different ports, but no change.
I’ve tested the network cable directly to the laptop (using a usc-c dongle), and the laptop sees it.
If I connect the network cable on the usb-c dongle into the Vobot usb-c port, the laptop then sees the ethernet as being connected. So the Vobot to PC connection works.
As a last resort, I have factory reset the Vobot and no better results.
