Stocks information not found

I’m open to any solution to fix this permanently. I’ve been displaying the stocks for weeks, and there were no problems until a couple of days ago. For some reason, as it shows in the picture there, the stock information bug out many times.

I’ve been getting the same issue intermittently the last week or so, today I’m getting the below error on Stocks and Weather and nothing will load. Tried rebooting with no change. Can connect via /apps just fine when in app setup mode. All other devices on my network can access the internet with no issues.

“Resource Retrieval Timed Out

Please ensure a stable network connection and retry.”

I’m still not getting stock data, instead of what is in OP’s picture I’m now getting a “Failed to Fetch Stocks” error telling me to ensure a stable network connection. Network is still working great for all other devices.

I tried a factory reset on my dock as a continued troubleshooting step before I saw your response last night and now I can’t configure my location to pull weather either. When I enter my city and state or I enter my latitude and longitude on the configuration page, I get an error stating “Invalid location input. Please check your input and try again.”

Same issue with stocks and weather. “Failed to Fetch Stocks”. Did you guys have a certificate expire or something?

My weather app is back, validated my local info successfully this morning. Thanks for fixing that!

I’m still having issues with stocks, it will show individual stocks but it won’t show the S&P 500, Dow, or NASDAQ indexes - I get the “stock information not found” error shown in OP’s screenshot. I’ve validated the codes on Google Finance are correctly entered.

Regarding the S&P 500, Dow, and NASDAQ indexes, our team is aware that these specific market indexes are still showing the error. We are currently working on a fix for the data feed to restore these displays.
