Crypto symbol "KAS" not working anymore

I have BTC, KAS, ETH and DOGE in the list of crypto symbols configured on my dock (in that order).

When I first set it up, all symbols showed the correct prices.

Now, instead of showing KAS on the second line it shows BTC again, so I see:

BTC  93855.22 USD
BTC  93855.22 USD       <- Should be KAS Price
ETH   2626.90 USD
DOGE     0.25 USD

Is this a known issue? How can I fix it?

After preliminary investigation by our technical team, the causes of the problem are as follows:

Since Coinbase API recently stopped supporting KAS currency queries, the Vobot system cannot display the price of KAS normally. At the same time, we did not find any notification of changes in the relevant announcement information of Coinbase. In response to this situation, we have reported it to Coinbase. And within the Vobot team, we are actively discussing solutions to add more data sources to avoid such problems from happening again.

That’s unfortunate, but thank you for the explanation. I think there is a bug in the code now, though. It should still show the KAS symbol and just some dashes or an error/unsupported indicator instead of repeating the previous symbol’s data.

In the recently updated version v1.1.3, this issue has been addressed. If data cannot be obtained, the cryptocurrency will not be displayed.

OK. Cool. But I tried Firmware upgrade is says “You are currently using the latest firmware version (v1.0.4).”

Thanks for your contact. Previously, the latest version could not be detected when using v1.0.4 because we temporarily closed the upgrade detection of this version. Don’t worry, we have now opened the OTA upgrade detection of this version. You can use Mini Dock to go to Settings >>> My Device >>> Software Updata to start the OTA upgrade.

I can confirm that KAS is still not appearing (expected) and BTC is no longer shown twice.
