I’m a new owner of the Vobot minidock and have been trying to install an additional app from the app store (Home Assistant, but then same problem with others): when I select “Copy App ID” on the app’s page, it wants me to sign in.
I tried using this same email I’m using now to post to the forum, and it says that I haven’t verified my email to activate the account (obviously I was able to do this to activate my forum account previously). I request it to send another verification email and I recieve nothing (in my Inbox or Junk/Spam). I tried registering a new email address under a different service (gmail.com instead of outlook.com) and it never sends the confirmation email there either.
Can someone give that server that sends out those emails a kick and get it working again, please?
On a side note: the Google Calendar app instructions are out of date for the implementation and I don’t actually see that app as something I can add to the device. Was this removed? Thanks for checking!
I ended up emailing support and they got back to me and fixed it.

Regarding the problem of not being able to receive the verification code, there is a problem with our email service. It has been urgently fixed now and you can re-register your account.

You can copy the ID to download the App directly.
Regarding the Google Calendar application, it has not been officially released yet and is in the testing stage. It will be released later. You can pay attention to the forum announcement.
