Getting this errror when trying to access aplication settings for the first time
HTTP/1.0 500 NA Content-Type: text/html Oops. list index out of range
Hello,
Thank you very much for your feedback and we are sorry for the problem you encountered. We have arranged engineers to investigate and will fix the problem as soon as possible.
When this happens, you can re-enter the configuration page on the Mini Dock, and then reopen the web page on your phone/computer to configure it.
If you can provide the APP you downloaded on the mini dock, it will help us find the problem more quickly.
If you have any questions about the use of the product, please feel free to contact us.
I am having the same problem now as well.
HTTP/1.0 500 NA Content-Type: text/html Oops. list index out of range.
I have recently installed the Joks, Quotes, and World Clock apps.
Thank you very much for your feedback and sorry for the problem you encountered. We will release a version as soon as possible to fix this problem.
If this happens, you can re-enter the configuration page on the Mini Dock, and then reopen the web page on your phone/computer to configure it.
In addition, turning on the developer mode (Settings >>> Miscellaneous >>> Expermental Features >>> Developer Mode) can also avoid this problem.
I have tried Developer mode and still no access to Application settings website
How do I re-enter the configuration page?
Procedure for re-entering the configuration interface:
when I try to go the the link indicated in the screen i get this message still:
“HTTP/1.0 500 NA Content-Type: text/html Oops. list index out of range”
Please try to power off the device and restart it (the device must be restarted to take effect after enabling developer mode), re-enter the configuration interface, and check if the same problem occurs.
If the problem still exists, please provide us with the SN of the device (Settings >>> My Device >>> SN). We will enable remote logging for your device after receiving your SN.
After we enable remote logging for you, please re-enter the configuration interface so that our engineers can capture the logs.
Removing the power, waiting and reconnecting it had no effect. Still the same message in the web browser as above
My Device SN:
MCDCA0C1F5B98
Hello Bryan, we are very sorry. The SN you provided is missing one digit and does not meet our SN specifications. We need you to provide the correct SN again.
Fat fingers over here… my bad

Hello Bryan,
We have created a remote log for your device. Please re-enter the configuration interface and tell us the time of your operation. We will further investigate for you.
I have just tried to access Application settings again and got the same results again.

Hello Bryan,
Through checking the logs, we found that the problem is that you failed to download an app, and the residual files in it caused the initialization of the web to fail, resulting in inability to access normally. We will fix this problem in the next version.
Current solution: (choose one of them)
Reset the device (Settings >>> My Device >>> Factory Reset), and then re-download the APP. This method will clear the currently saved user configuration.
Use Thonny to delete the downloaded app. This method will not clear the saved configuration, but you need to download the software and perform certain operations in the software. If you choose this method, we will provide you with more detailed operation documents.
