Greeting everyone, I have recently purchased a Vobot. Finally my Mocute-051F and Shanwan Q36 XDV arrived. Got some classic game imported; however, even after pairing on the select handle menu, no game registers any input.

Regarding your issue, we need to first confirm your problem and identify its specific symptoms.
If you are experiencing: A game controller cannot control the game after being connected
- If you are using the Mocute-051F. Make sure the controller is in AUTO mode.
Turn the switch to the game side (there’s “GAME” on the side).
Press the controller’s [start] button until the LED turns off (about 5 seconds).
Press the controller’s [‘B’ + ‘start’] buttons at the same time (about 2 seconds) to turn it on.
- If you’re using a Shanwan Q36 XDV: Please follow the on-screen instructions to ensure the controller is in “D” mode.
If you experience a black screen after entering a game, please update the latest firmware (either of the following methods):
- Using the Mini Dock, go to Settings >>> My Device >>> Software Update.
- Using Web Flash to update the firmware directly. Please refer to the Web Flash documentation for instructions: Firmware Burning - Vobot Mini Dock
Also, please note that after connecting a game controller, you must select a game on the Mini Dock and then enter the game before you can use the controller.
